Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the unit back in its original heavy-duty packaging with all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the crate and schedule a freight pickup or drop it off at an authorized electronics collection point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and battery health, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
